Boston Red Sox hurler John Lackey took exception to Tampa Bay Rays Matt Joyce crushing his less than impressive offering out of the ball park. Lackey proceeded to nail Joyce square in the back, who expressed his displeasure to Lackey stating it was “Fried Bologna” numerous times. Joyce then got in a shoving match with catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia who intercepted Joyce down the first base line. No doubt about it folks, this one was obvious.

Lackey is a sphincter. He got what he deserved when Zobrist cracked him for the two bagger and knocked him off the mound. Too bad the Rays didn’t win in the end, they showed more desire. As a Red Sox and a Rays fan, I couldn’t stay impartial after that intentional bean. I wish salty had taken his mask off and he might have had a salty knuckle sandwich between his choppers.
